About Dalhousie

Dalhousie is spread across five hills Kathlog, Potreyn, Terah, Bakrota and Bhangora,Dalhousie established in1854 by LORD DALHOUSIE. Even today, Dalhousie has reminiscences of the colonial days in the form of Remnants like British-style church, the museum and huge resting areas. Today, this peaceful cantonment has been named the 'Mini Switzerland of India' by many.

How to get there

Dalhousie is situated in the Chamba district of Himachal Pradesh (Situated about 2000 m from sea level).is quite well connected with air, rail, and road:

Air Nearest airport is Gaggal(130km). Pathankot Airport is around 90km.

Train: Pathankot Railway Station (~80-90 km) is accessible through taxis and buses.

Road: linked to Delhi (560 km), Amritsar (200 km), Chandigarh (320 km). From here, you have access to buses and taxis.
